We offer free standard shipping on every order. No minimum spend, no hidden fees. We deliver to the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland) only.

If a product is out of stock, we will let you know the estimated delivery time. In all cases, we will deliver within 30 days of accepting your order.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, we'll send tracking information to your email. Please use this to monitor your delivery. Most couriers will attempt redelivery or allow you to redirect your parcel to a neighbour or a safe location.

Delivery Issues

If there are any problems with your delivery, contact us within 2 working days and we'll help resolve them with the courier.

If an order is returned to us due to an incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of the parcel, the return delivery costs may be deducted from any refund due to you.

Damaged or Missing Items

Include your order number and clear photographs of the damage (both product and packaging). We take responsibility for damage during shipping and will send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
